We want you to be genuinely pleased with your His Word Daily purchase. If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right in a fair and timely way.


Eligibility Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-customized products are eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Personalized or custom items (engraved, name based, or photo based) are final sale unless defective or damaged on arrival.

How to Start a Return

Email us at Support@hisworddaily.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

If approved, we will send a prepaid return label and shipping instructions.

Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing your photos and order details, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.


Exchanges

If you need a different product, start a return for the original item first. After approval, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
